Shipping, exchanges and returns

SHIPPING

The following shipping options are available on our website:

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping between 3-9 business days.
The shipping charges are determined by location and package weight. Domestic shipping starts at $9.90 via Australian Post. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment cost.

International Shipping:

The shipping charges are determined by country of destination and package weight. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment cost.

International shipping time vary by destination.

Our company is based in Brisbane, Australia. You may want to contact your local customs agent for questions regarding import fees. If there are additional import fees, the decision is made by your country’s import regulations and we can not be help responsible for any taxes, additional fees or seizure for importing your products.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Majority of orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours of placing the order, when made Monday through Friday by 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS

Orders being shipped to a place of business must include the company name. When placing an order, please enter a “Business Name” in the business name, in order for the order to be shipped to the correct commercially zoned business address.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS

An email will be sent to the email address that you provided us, when your order ships. If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, please check your email Spam and Junk folders. A tracking number will be provided to you via email for all shipments. If you did not receive a confirmation web page with order number after clicking on “place order”, you might not have finished and confirmed the order.

If you do not receive an email order confirmation within 10-15 minutes of your order, contact us at order@4evermagiccosmetics.com.au to confirm your order. Include your full name, contact details and order number.

RETURNS

Our goal is making sure our customers are 100% satisfied.

We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

We accept returns for purchases made on our website at www.4evermagiccosmetics.com.au as long as the return is handled within 14 days of receipt of your order. We cannot take returns on used products. In order to receive a refund or exchange, proof of purchase at www.4evermagiccosmetics.com.au such as an order confirmation email, must be sent to us at order@4evermagiccosmetics.com.au . Return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Refund will be made in the amount of the purchase price. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Once we received the product, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-9 business days. Depending on your credit card issuers, refunds can appear up to 5-9 business days to show on your statement. We cannot be responsible if your return shipment of the product is lost. We recommend the return to be sent with a tracking number.

EXCHANGES

If your order arrives damaged (excludes packaging) or is not the correct product you ordered, we will exchange the damaged or incorrect product for a replacement product of equal value or you can choose to receive a credit toward a future purchase at our website, www.4evermagiccosmetics.com.au

Damaged products or incorrectly shipped products for Australian orders will be exchanged at no additional cost to you as long as the exchange is handled within 14 days of receipt of your order and for international orders, these will be exchanged at no additional cost to you as long as the exchange is handled within 30 days of receipt of your order.

WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECT

We ensure that all products for direct sale at www.4evermagiccosmetics.com.au are free of manufacturer’s defect at the time of purchase. In the event a product is defective, it might be exchanged, for Australian orders within 14 days of receipt of your order and replaced with an item of equal. For international orders within 30 days of receipt of your order and replaced with an item of equal.

BACK ORDERED/ OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

There are times the product you want is out of stock / back order. In these rare circumstances, we will ship other products in your order first and ship the out of stock products when they arrive at our warehouse. Your credit card is charged at the time of order for the full purchase including tax and shipping.

If you decide to cancel the out of stock product before it ships, please send us an email at order@4evermagiccosmetics.com.au to process the cancellation. Your credit card will be credited back the full amount of the cancelled products.
